Solitary confinement is a huge problem for our reality. I don’t know how many prisons use it around the world, but whatever prison uses it beyond the minimum brings bad karma down on the nation sponsoring such treatment. I believe that it’s used A LOT in America, both on civilians and on military prisoners. Every time it’s used to excess it brings bad chickens home, who will indeed roost on everyone involved in the process. Since we’re all Americans and our process allows so much of this to happen this factor alone is probably enough to cause serious problems in the ability of our society to endure. I doubt that there are any bye’s in this issue. No one gets off. This is of course interesting: those who inflict solitary confinement on others to an excessive amount think they have power, and they do have the legal blessing of their nation, but they’re actually bringing down their nation. Bummer. Blame them like you blame the weather. I can’t imagine that reality works any other way. Of course people who exercise such policies are themselves mere symptoms of their society. Can a society that practices this endure? No. There ya have it. Ya takes your choice and takes your chances. Pick a doomed choice, ya gotta live with it. Applies to policies and the societies that breed them as to anything else.
