Such low-hanging fruit. XC is super fun but has been a total PR flop for decades. It would be so easy to hide painful truths in your memes and also to push some funny stuff out there. Tragedy makes the best comedy.
Also, it’s a great test of if what you’re doing is real. If young people are making memes about it, you’re good to go. If not, you’re ready for the trash heap.
XC has been the laughtstock of sports forever. The time is so ripe to just turn that on its head!
Think of all the ppl who hate on winter — they talk bad about a quarter of their life, a whole season. Let’s get ’em! It’s a subject area marked by ignorance and stupidity from beginning to end. Yet it could be so awesome if ppl would just take their heads outta their … sand.
It’s the same with skiing, and snow … just about anything anyone says is hilariously wrong. Like: “I don’t like the cold” — makes me crack up!
Did you hear the one about the weatherman who complained about the weather every night on Michigan TV then finally got a job in the state where he lived — Florida! He had been commuting from there during the week, spreading insane lies, then flying home to his family on the wkends. You can’t get any crazier!
