Your Soundtrack to Xmas?
December 15, 2009

Here's our favorites for this time of year:

Christmas music from:

*Etta James
*Chet Atkins
*Johnny Mathis
*Bruce Cockburn
*Vince Guaraldi

*King's College Choir "Festival of Nine Lessons" -- Carols and Readings, boy sopranos included, since 1918, live recording of the BBC's annual Christmas Eve broadcast.

So, if we like all that, is there something else we should check out? We're always game to catch up on what we're missing!

(After our holiday standards, we don't mind a fireplace-weather dinner-hour Martini segue over to the Linda Ronstadt & Nelson Riddle collaborations or that collection of hip-hopped standards...who put out that Remix thing?)
